Donation to the shul in honor of the recipients will be $18
for two greetings, $36 for five.
Donate Leftover Pesach Food
Drop off your non-perishable, unopened food at the home of
Debbie & Dov Rapps (992 Phelps), from April 28th - May 4th.
Graduation Kiddush
Have a child who’s graduating nursery, pre-k, elementary
school, middle school, high school, college or graduate
school? Do you want to celebrate with the shul? Then
participate in this year’s Graduation Kiddush on June 21st.
The cost is only $36 per family. Contact Alon Stempel at
201-833-1884 or email kiddush@yiot.org by June 6th.
Yom Haatzmaut Kiddush
There will be a Yom Haatzmaut kiddush on Shabbat, May
10th, in celebration of Israel's 60th birthday, and to raise
funds for Yashar LaChayal, an organization that assists
lone soldiers serving in the IDF. Please consider helping to
sponsor the kiddush or making a contribution to this
wonderful organization. For more information, see the
attached letter, or contact Dov & Debbie Rapps or Larry &
Hildy Bachner.
Sisterhood Events
Next Sisterhood Meeting: The next sisterhood meeting is
on May 12th at 8:00p at the home of Rebecca Gilad. All
women are welcome to attend.
Shavuot Cooking Demonstration: Please join YIOTS
and Susie Fishbein for a dairy cooking demonstration on
May 19th at 7:30p at EJ's. For information, contact Brocha
Gutlove.
YIOTS Calendar: A committee is already in formation for
this important fundraiser for our shul. If you are interested
in helping out, both men and women are encouraged to do
so. Please contact Brocha Gutlove for further information.
Return of the Parsha Party
Parsha Party for Boys in 3rd-6th grade returns this Shabbat. The
new season will kick off at the home of Ami Malek (160 Golf) at
5:00p. To host a future parsha party, contact Tammy Malek.
