Registration for Town Council Elections
The deadline to register to vote in the May 13th elections for
Teaneck Town Council is April 22nd. If you haven't already, you
can download the registration form at http://www.nj.gov/lps/elections/voter-registration-application.html.

Tomchei Shabbos Needs You
As Pesach approaches, Tomchei Shabbos is in dire need of
volunteers to help deliver food throughout Bergen County. If you
can spare an hour Wednesday night April 16th, from 5:30-7:30p,

Board Of Education Elections
The Board of Education election (including the vote to approve/
disapprove the school budget) will be on Tuesday April 15th. Polls ar
open from 7:00a-9:00p.

Pesach Cleaning at YIOT
The shul will be cleaned for Chametz this week. Please make sure all
talit bags are cleaned and all food is removed. No food should be
brought into the building after Sunday.
New Program
The Shul took great pride in the enthusiasm which the entire
congregation displayed at the annual dinner and in the journal. In
keeping with the theme of Hakarat Hatov, and to extend the good
feelings which the dinner and the journal engendered, the Shul is
initiating a program allowing anyone to offer their thanks,
gratitude, recognition of an honor, etc… on a weekly basis, with a
message to be incorporated into the newsletter. Ever want to
express a thank you or honor an occasion but you weren’t sure
how to do it? This will be a perfect opportunity. Simply e-mail your
message to thankyou@yiot.org, and it will be incorporated into
the newsletter. Donation to the shul in honor of the recipients will
be $18 for two greetings, $36 for five.
Mechirat Chametz
Rabbi Weinberger is available for Mechirat Chametz after the
8:00a minyan on Sunday, April 13th and after Maariv on April 14th,
15th, and 16th. Forms are on pages 3 & 4.

Please remember that is the policy of our shul that no food be
eaten in the main sanctuary. If your child needs to eat during
davening please feel free to bring them downstairs. Thank you.
From the President
Our successful Bnei Akiva program may end this year due to
lack of housing for our shluchot. If you have any ideas on how to
alleviate this problem, please see Mark Zomick ASAP. Thanks.

The 7:00a Sunday minyan needs your help. For the past three
weeks, there has not been a minyan. Please try to come.
