Youth Department

Anyone (7th grade and up) interested in being a group leader for the upcoming year should attend the mandatory orientation being run this Shabbat after the 8:00a minyan. Story time is on a break for the summer. Groups for Nursery, Pre-K and Kindergarten ONLY will be held this Shabbat. YIOT youth department Reptile Show on September 5th at 10:00a. $5 per child ($15 family cap). See attached flyer.

High Holiday Seats
All seats for the high holiday seats have been sold. If you will not be using seats for either Rosh Hashana or Yom Kippur, please contact Howie Mazin.

Shul Bookings
Since we moved into our new building Ari Greene has been coordinating the bookings and shul use. He has done an amazing job over the past five years and we are all grateful for his service. It is a very difficult and time consuming job and he did it well. We are lucky that David Roher has stepped up to take the lead. David is still learning the ropes but he can be reached via phone at 917-623-0483, or email at davidroher@aol.com.

Teen Minyan Resumes August 29th

Camp Shabbat: TLC Program
Camp Shabbat: TLC Program TLC (Torah, Learning, Cholent) for all 6th through 12th graders takes place after the 8:00a minyan on Shabbat and Yom Tov at homes throughout the YIOT community. Tentatively scheduled to start on the First Day of Sukkot. Volunteers are needed. For information contact Michael Gutlove at mgutlove@yahoo.com.
